Very satisfied, and I had a very straightforward experience. I needed a windshield replacement and wanted to support local auto businesses in town. I heard great things about Lou’s Auto Glass. After submitting the Quote on their website, I was immediately contacted by Lou by text. I expressed my concern to prioritize ADAS system and recalibration, and he had expert advice on next steps. I booked right away and got the windshield replacement same day that afternoon. I also wanted ceramic coating. Lou went out of his way to get a high quality windshield from a new distributor in town and get it coated prior to installing. The windshield looks great! My advice is to have Zelle set up prior to paying. You can also pay with card for a % fee. Overall recommended. ~ Jason

My 2004 Toyota Tacoma SR5 PreRunner: Old windshield had multiple cracks, stemming from original freeway rock damage, all along the bottom moving up the right side creating a "crack tree". New windshield is lovely and such a huge difference! Lou's Auto Glass deserves 5 stars mainly because the customer service was top notch and the windshield replacement was done quickly and efficiently. I know the impact of Covid 19 has greatly affected many businesses, but this did not affect the job getting done. Lou was extremely personable, and was very accommodating within our schedule. He was able to come out within 24 hours of contact. Came to our location and the job was complete in under an hour. He also made sure to give us immediate-care instructions to ensure the seal on our new windshield. It looks amazing! Lou has helped us greatly when our front windshield was cracked while driving behind a truck on the highway. We needed the car fixed asap so that I can take my daughter to a doctor's appointment out of town the day after. If it wasn't for Lou's humanity and prompt professionalism, we would not have been able to drive out of town with a big crack on our windshield and most likely we would have missed that very important doctor's appointment. Honestly the greatest customer service I’ve ever had with an individual. It was a hot day and he fixed my window out in the sun and came back to tell me he was finished with a positive and charismatic attitude. Took no longer than 20 minutes to complete and he had even worked with us to do same day stuff. I was planning on taking my car to the car wash to vacuum all of the broken glass but he picked up as much as he could... Highly recommend the service. Lou reached out to me almost immediately after I requested the quote and was able to see me the next morning. Lou arrived ahead of schedule and replaced my broken windshield at my house within 45 minutes. Price is also fantastic for such a convenient service. Cost was $378 to replace my subaru impreza windshield. For reference SafeLite quoted me over $1000 and were requiring me to take my vehicle to their shop. ~ Tayler B

Great experience. Lou was accommodating, friendly, and speedy. I had to get my side window replaced on my F150. After calling a few businesses, which all had comparable prices except for the one my own insurance company suggested (twice the price). Lou, you did it again. My first time meeting you was in 2022 to replace my cracked windshield on my 2018 Range Rover. Now March 2026 and another cracked windshield. Very fast, detail oriented, good quality. I had a windshield replaced by another shop, and had to deal with wind noise from improper sealing. Not only did Lou seal it properly, he sanded and primed some newly forming rust areas to prevent further corrosion. If you need glass, take it to Lou! ~ Mitchell C
